Urgent Press The organizing committee announced that it will be changed to March 2012 the completion of the XXVII Central American Congress of Sanitary and Environmental Engineering AIDIS. Important dates related to the process for submissions will be confirmed shortly.
Urgent Press The Asociación Salvadoreña de Ingeniería Sanitaria y Ambiental (AIDIS - sector El Salvador) and Asociación Salvadoreña de Ingenieros y Arquitectos (ASIA) In relation to the organization and conduct of the XXVII Congress American Sanitary and Environmental Engineering. Whereas - The government of El Salvador has declared a State of Public Calamity and Disaster in the country for 60 days. - ASIA and CADES have been suspended and postponed the Week of Architect and Engineer, activity that was shared part of the logistics team and the Congress. - Possible redirection of funds of state institutions, donors and contributors to the national emergency. - Many of the contributions and the logistics for the XXVII Congress CA comes from organizations like the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources, MARN, one of the institutions and officials to fully incorporated national emergency. - Have been postponed or suspended pending hearings with government officials - In the weeks prior to the completion of the event is more acute when the activity and demand more work and time of the organizers and the organizing committee members are part of the government or have joined efforts to address the national emergency sacrificing another type of activity. Therefore AIDIS and ASIA communicate: It was agreed to postpone the XXVII Congress of American Sanitary and Environmental Engineering for the last week of March 2012.
