AIDIS main objectives and attributions:

• Create awareness on environmental, health and sanitary problems offering/suggesting alternatives and solutions;
  
  
• Keep close contact with governments of each country in the area it covers to achieve the execution of action plans that reduce, as possible, health, environmental and sanitary problems;
  
  
• Be an organ that offers professional updating events about themes that are connected to the association, establishing permanent strategic alliances with universities and educational institutions;
  
  
• Maintain close connections with supporting institutions that permit the obtainment of resources to consolidate National Chapter actions.
